Company founder and spiritual leaderAbout Jan
Jan is the founder and leader of HR factory. He established the company in Germany 2002 and after that started looking for opportunities to expand. In 2004 the Estonian entity was founded and Jan found his affection for Estonia and the many opportunities the country offers. Jan has established a company with caring and strong team of specialist. He supports the team with inspiring ideas which keep the company in constant development.

Susanne Ambros is a shareholder and co-founder of the HR factory GmbH. Currently she is active as a partner and is responsible for the area of network management. Mrs. Ambros also drives innovative concepts as a trainer and lecturer as well as a strong partner for new thinking approaches in human resources work. Her passion for HR is based on the subject of service excellence and the development of potential, which results from professional support in companies.
Member of the Learning & Development teamAbout Sebastian
Sebastian Krammer has been working at HR factory since November 2014. As a member of the Learning & Development team, he serves clients in strategic personnel development. His passion is to create the best possible conditions in order to strengthen and expand individual potentials, strengths and talents of employees, in the sense of the person as well as the company. In his spare time, Sebastian travels with pleasure and is interested in music, art and culture.
Program ManagerAbout Melanie
Melanie Macht is an HR factory emlpoyee since September 2016. She is a Program Manager in the field of Learning & Development. Within this position costumer orientation is very important. Due to this, it is her aim to offer innovative solutions for the costumer rapidly as well as to implement them on a professional way.
Logistic ManagerAbout Franz
Franz Bloier is a trained traffic specialist and has worked as a logistic manager at HR factory since August 2007. In his professional life he gained extensive experience in the wide range of national and international logistics. In the summer time he works as a professional Transalp Guide and leads groups with the mountain bike across the Alps. He receives the shape for that by driving to the office with the bike daily.
